These terms apply to all florist services and orders placed with Making It Bloom.
These Terms and Conditions govern all orders placed with Making It Bloom ("we", "us", "our"). By placing an order or making payment, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Making It Bloom operates as a sole trader florist business based in the United Kingdom.
All orders are subject to availability and acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure all order details, including delivery information, are accurate at the time of purchase.
All floral arrangements are handcrafted. Variations in colour, size, and design may occur.
For artificial flowers:
We reserve the right to substitute materials or components with suitable alternatives where necessary.
All prices are listed in GBP (£).
Payment must be made in full prior to delivery or collection unless otherwise agreed.
A non-refundable deposit of 25% is required to secure the order.
The remaining balance must be paid no later than 7 days before delivery unless otherwise agreed in writing.
We reserve the right to cancel orders where full payment is not received by the required date.
For wedding and event orders:
Failure to pay the balance by this deadline may result in cancellation of the order without refund of the deposit.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where it is unlawful to do so under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
We shall not be liable for failure to perform our obligations due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, illness, supply chain disruption, or transport issues.
All designs, images, and content remain the property of Making It Bloom and may not be copied or reproduced without permission.
