These Terms and Conditions govern all orders placed with Making It Bloom (“we”, “us”, “our”). By placing an order or making payment, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Making It Bloom operates as a sole trader florist business based in the United Kingdom.
All orders are subject to availability and acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure all order details, including delivery information, are accurate at the time of purchase.
All floral arrangements are handcrafted. Variations in colour, size and design may occur.
For artificial flowers, minor variations in materials, shades and finish are normal, and items may differ slightly from photographs or examples shown.
We reserve the right to substitute materials or components with suitable alternatives where necessary.
All prices are listed in GBP (£).
Payment must be made in full prior to delivery or collection unless otherwise agreed.
A non-refundable deposit of 25% is required to secure the order. The remaining balance must be paid no later than 7 days before delivery unless otherwise agreed in writing. We reserve the right to cancel orders where full payment is not received by the required date.
A 25% non-refundable deposit is required to secure the booking. The remaining balance must be paid in full no later than 4 weeks before the event date. Failure to pay by this deadline may result in cancellation without refund of the deposit.
Delivery dates and times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by traffic or courier issues, weather conditions or incorrect delivery details supplied by the customer.
If no one is available at the delivery address, the order may be left in a safe place at our discretion. Responsibility transfers at the point of delivery.
All risk and responsibility for the goods transfers to the customer upon delivery or collection. We are not responsible for damage, loss or deterioration after this point.
Where items are supplied for weddings or events, we are not responsible for setup, handling or display unless explicitly agreed in writing. We are not liable for venue conditions, third-party handling or environmental factors, and cannot guarantee flower longevity once delivered.
Due to the bespoke nature of our products, deposits are non-refundable. Orders cancelled within 48 hours of delivery may not be eligible for a refund. Wedding and event orders cancelled within 4 weeks of the event are non-refundable.
Refunds will not be issued for minor variations in design or materials, issues arising after delivery, or incorrect information supplied by the customer.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the total value of the order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including loss of profit, loss of business or emotional distress.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where it would be unlawful to do so under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
We shall not be liable for failure to perform our obligations due to events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, illness, supply-chain disruption or transport issues.
All designs, images and content remain the property of Making It Bloom and may not be copied or reproduced without permission.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
The customer confirms acceptance by providing written confirmation, including email, message or digital communication, and/or paying an invoice issued by Making It Bloom. These actions constitute agreement to the Terms and Conditions.
